Did you get the help you needed? Typically if you engage a Seller, they can assist as well. If you are not working with one at the moment, then hit me up on DM to assist. Sellers typically have to seek out approval to do so, and they typically do get approval to help those reviewing our tools products. As @vinay.by mentioned, customerservice team typically assist customers where they own our products, and they may pass you to sales that focus on those evaluating the products.
