Getting error on upgrading to 2026.1.1

yup ports are open, we are currently on 2025.1.1. Microsoft Identity Verification Root Certificate Authority 2020 was missing on all servers. We have installed the certificates are will reattempt the upgrade on coming Monday. Hope all goes well

I wonder though what version you are upgrading from? And have you opened the new port that is required towards the Main poller? TCP/17734
