Hi Thwack,
We can see that at DB there are logs for the Alert even it shows there were alert triggered and email action was successfully completed, but at Message center there are no audits related to this event this could be due action configured as it got reset there were no Entries found but my concern is why there were not many mails only 1 was received for at least 6 entries.
This alert is for BGP Neighbor Change and is based on syslog rule that was default rule OOB.
What could be the reason?
am i missing on something to check or are there certain behavior that it has by default and am not aware of
