Hi All,

We are adding Additional Polling Engine in SolarWinds environment for NPM in remote location whether that will take care will of ncm part ,netflow and Ftp activities as well along with SNMP polling ,API polling and trap processing ?

Basically, it's all about connectivity. If relevant ports are open on additional poller then yes you can utilize it the same way as you currently do.

You mentioned you are adding a new additional poller in a remote location (now what does remote location mean ? Is it a secure zone or just another site/location in your environment?) No matter what if relevant ports are open and if you have an established connection between SolarWinds Additional Poller and end devices and vice versa then it should work as expected.
