Looks like 2025.4.1 was released 11/18/25, but I do not see a reference to this issue in the release notes. You may want to try an upgrade and see if it helps. Would be very interested in your results.

I stopped upgrading right away to new SolarWinds releases years ago. Have to wait to see how bugs are identified in a release before upgrading.

.1 HF releases are for Hotfixes, I've had much more success with those over the .0 releases. They are specific to correct issues from the .0 releases (or to correct CVEs)

It isn't resolved in a release yet. I'm still working with support. Different customers are having slightly different HA experiences across 2025.X.X versions and SW support hasn't been able to pinpoint the root cause.
