I have a support case open for this - but I would like to see the ability to display more granular history eg: every 1 minute or multiples thereof, specifically over a 24 or 48 hour period - although I appreciate this would require sigificant data to be stored (happy to take the hit on disk/DB size etc).
At the moment we can see 10 minute snapshots, which means the map may not show, for example: brief interface up/down events or node reboots etc that took place within the window of each snapshot. Understood the history goes back 7 days, but if we could make the first 24 or 48 hours more granular (as this would be of more value to the NOC and operational teams for troubleshooting) - this would be really beneficial. Also, as the snapshot is every 10 minutes - events that started within that 10 window are not recorded on the timeline, even if the event spills into the next 10 minute snapshot - see attachment. The event took place at 22:38, and because this sits between the 22:32 and 22:42 snapshots - the event isnt recorded on the timeline. I think even if the start of the event was missed - the timeline should still dispaly *an event*..?
