stupid thought, but could the community string have been changed?

click on the device and see if there are any events/alerts associated with it.

No alerts or events other than the 'No response' The device is pingable from the server thats what is getting me on this
Just double checked the community string its still the same as one of the other boxes that are identical to it.
You can see all of the interfaces and the stats for each.
ACK and you shall receive.

Are you polling it through a firewall by any chance?
If so, it may be that your firewall is rejecting the ping packet that Orion sends as it is not 32 bytes. Try changing it to be 32 bytes under File->Orion Network Performance Monitor Settings and the network tab. Just delete some of the ping packet contents until it reads 32 bytes

Or you could use MTUROUTE to find out the largest packet size :

I have changed the ICMP PAcket size to 0 bytes and the packets are still 124 bytes in length. Does the Service need to be bounced in order for the setting to take??
