Opening and closing a trouble ticket

Hi,

I'm using HTTP GET url alert to open trouble tickets in my job.

My question: Is there any way to make Orion NPM receive an answer from the trouble ticket tool ?

When I open a ticket using HTTP GET url, trouble ticket tool send "ticket_05499_opened", and I 'd like

use Orion to send a message when the Down node is Up, to close the opened ticket.

Use a reset action that sends the message to the TTS in email. The SDK allows some 2 way communications between a TTS and Orion. Be aware that it takes a developer to use the SDK and it is not supported except throught thwack.
