Advanced Alert Action problems

Question

The alert action is Excute an external program  "msg * /server:dell-npm Hello!"

When i test this alert i can see a popup window with "Hello! " message on workstation dell-npm, but when this alert is automatic triggered no window popup on workstation dell-npm.

thanks for mcbridea's reply, i am waiting for above 5 minutes, i think that's long enough.

And there is mulitple action(send an email ) i defined which after this action has triggered and i have already got this mail.

Are you waiting long enough for the device to go from up to warning to down? This takes about 3 minutes using default settings.
