Would be great to have the capability to post alerts to WebHooks for integration with MS Teams, Cisco WebEx teams, slack etc.

Take a look at this discussion: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/t5/Server-Application-Monitor-SAM/Webhook-option/idi-p/544150. I've been using the POST action to send alerts to OpsGenie, and have also used it to send some to a task board at https://kanbanflow.com.
