Please stop making me modify the website database table to keep my FQDN

Every time we run the configuration wizard we have to manually go back into the database and change the name to the FQDN so the alerts work correctly. I am even forced to start/stop services to get this working again and sometimes even have to reboot which is not acceptable.

I've always used the database to directly change the URL in the table, so you are saying that is the incorrect way to do it now and the UI trumps the entry in the database? I'll have to test when I get a chance but I really hope you are right, thanks!
