I've looked around and it's probably right in front of my nose. Is there an easy way to schedule hourly jobs in NCM? I'm sure I could create 24 jobs but that seems a little ridiculous.
Is there any reason why you can't just go into the Windows Task Scheduler and change the settings?
- Control Panel / Scheduled Tasks
- Find your job
- Select and goto Schedule Tab
- Select the Advanced Button
- Repeat Task - Every 1 hours...
etc.
The changes seem to be reflected in the NCM Console.

Hi Sbrooke - unfortunately - daily is as granular as we get. If you don't mind me asking - what job do you need to run so often? I would be happy to enter and track it as a feature request - and it would help me to know a little more about the use case.

It's simply to track config changes on a more regular basis. In a way it's taking the place of something like AAA Accounting. We've been using Cattools for years now and it's been capable of hourly checks. Thought that might have made it through the acquisition.
Makes sense. I've got it tracked. For internal folks - it's FB30903. Thanks for the input/explanation.
Hi viol8tor - thank you for the workaround idea! There's no reason why you shoudn't do this - it's great!
