I would like to know if a database exists of all equipments that Orion NPM could monitore.
Like for example Arkoon Netasq component...

In your Customer Portal, you should find the latest MIB database of devices that Orion NPM 'knows'. After you log in, click Orion MIB Database in the Helpful Links section on the left. Extract the MIBs.zip file and follow the instructions in the readme.
If the device you want to monitor is not curently monitored, post your device in the "Tell Us your 'Unknown' Devices" forum, and then create a Universal Device Poller to monitor your device. For more information about Universal Device Pollers, see "Monitoring MIBs with Universal Device Pollers" in the SolarWinds Orion NPM Administrator Guide.
