All SAM jobs are weighted equally. Can you provide details for the problem you're trying to solve?

Oh! A historical graph of how loaded the Orion server is! so you know when you have to start expanding you Orion infrastructure. That is an cool idea. I wonder if there it a way to just make a template for it.

well if the data is kept historically in the database, then we could just do a SQL experience monitor I suppose. But I don't think that it keeps this data historically.

Ultimately for us the important thing here would be having the ability to tell what percent capacity a polling engine is at with regard to SAM polling. My understanding is that the current Polling Rate capacity does not factor in SAM.

I spoke with one of our most senior developers to verify but the total job weight is not a useful metric for measuring poller capacity. In fact, think of it more as a random number generator than a capacity planning metric. The metrics that provide some insight into poller capacity are Polling Rates or Polling Completion. Polling Completion is fairly straightforward to chart from the Engines Table using the SQL User Experience Monitor in SAM.
