SCM could be a powerful product but with no updates and little view into the product roadmap, along with poor product support, why are we paying for support on this product?

I have had several Clients lately that would like to see if SW could provided some more Reporting Functions and Dashboard Widgets to provide more visibility into Profiles, Baselines, etc... Also, the ability to set the Collection at various intervals like Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly as well. I am open to discuss in more detail via UX session if it will help.
