Individuals learn differently, so both Quick Byte and longer On-demand Videos have their place. Also, at times you are just looking for short and sweet, other times you need to get into the weeds with the nitty gritty. As a technical trainer/instructor, we need both, so please keep them coming.
agree. It *does* have value, but locking it all behind customer portal is not really a positive thing to me
