Does anyone know how to tighten this down? We run a full MPLS cloud with around 20-30ms latencies. Currently this dial is useless to us.

Hmm. I cannot find a way to alter those. What I would do is remove the gauges from the view and move the Response Time and Packet Loss bar graph from the right column to the top of the left one. The gauges have limited value as they only indicate the last poll results.
Just keep in mind you will have keep fixing this up after every time you run configuration wizard. Or at least when you run it against the web site.
