Obtain AWS tags from VM's and Volumes

designerfx

AWS has tags which are used for a variety of personal uses and/or other applications.

Can we please have solarwinds grab this data? This is core to our environment and isn't gathered when polling cloudwatch today.

Sure! We should totally set up a meeting with my cloud folks Unofficially they said it was being used to flag when stuff is being placed in maintenance/worked on/investigated. It made me think of it being a bit like a glorified comments field. However, they said some other applications we use rely on this tag to identify VM's. I think that was a reference to cloudability.
