Email Parser

For me there's a huge need for an email parser to parse email alerts from other tools. Currently since there isn't a parser the email alerts are sent to ServiceNow for processing. The problem with that is that I can't promote SolarWinds to be the centralized location for all monitoring tools. Unfortunately all that valuable information is stored in ServiceNow and not where it should be. When you have multiple tools used for monitoring different disciplines like we do the other tools usually send SMTP alerts. I would like to see SolarWinds grab this opportunity to allow all SolarWinds users to be able to use SolarWinds as the single-source of truth and this would be a huge win in doing so. I hope you all will vote for this. Thank you SolarWinds community!
