I felt like the year was mostly SaaS and Database with very little OnSite. Another good year of fun missions!!

I've learned more about SaaS practices and solutions but as a new-ish Service Desk customer I've USED more of the knowledge gained in IT Service Management practices and solutions. So, win-win!

Dang it's a tie right now SaaS and onsite 32% to 32%. I can't really do cloud for certain reasons but it's been a great year for us Thwacksters in 2024 it's a wrap!!! Thanks @kpina for carrying the torch!
