Nortel Secure Routers

Question

When I try to download the configs from my Nortel Secure Routers, the following prompt appears during a show run command:

Press any key to continue (q : quit) :

As a result I only receive the first few lines of the config. Is there any way to get around this in the config commands?

I would suggest opening a case with Solarwinds Support - I would also suggest you temporarily enable the Session Tracing under File --> Settings.  That should drop a log file in to the NCM installation directory that will hopefully give you an idea what line of the script it's dying at.

Only leave the session tracing option enable while you are troubleshooting the issue.
