Migrate data from one interface to another

Hi folks

I've been running Orion for three years now with basically the same same network setup. One network port has been my Internet connection for the entire time and I use the graphs for this port to send my boss network statistics every month.

Now I'm looking into a new network design that will move the Internet connection to another switch port. Is there some way to move the gathered statistical data from my "old" interface to the new one? I'd really like to avoid having to paste two graphs together to present my 3 year graphs.

I am in the same boat. did you find any answers to moving data from one interface to another or from one node to another as we replace our internet routers we dont want to lose over all data.
