Kiwi Cat Tools not starting on Windows 2003 32bit server

Question

I stopped the Kiwi Cat Tools service on my Windows 2003 server to try to migrate the  tool to another machine, which failed miserably btw, and now I cannot get Cat Tools to restart on it's old machine. The error messages is:

"Could not start the Kiwi CatTools service on Local Computer.

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

Event viewer says something about CatTools faulting module kernel32.dll ....

I tried adding an increase to 60000 milliseconds to the registry but am afraid to actually restart this machine as it is a bit unstable.

Any suggestions?

Any help is appreciated as I am new to Kiwi Cat Tools.

With a bit of luck resolved this myself:

I needed to start the Solar Winds TFTP server first before starting Kiwi CatTools, once the tftp server was started CatTools also started.

Go figure ...
