TOP XX Not grouped properly...

Question

I am new to Orion and have been reading/searching this forum. I have a few TOP XX Nodes or TOP XX Volumes setup on my home page. Unfortunately, it does not group the nodes when it displays the Disk Space utilization or Memory Utilization. So, if a Windows Server has multiple drives, H, I, J, K, L, it will show the J, K, L drive first, then a completely different node and then back to this Windows server and its H & I drives. See screen shot below. How do make them grouped by node? I have the same problem with TOP XX Memory Used.

I've attached a report I've just thrown together in the Report Writer since that allows grouping by Node. It's based on the Top 20 volumes on my network based on Volume % Used.

I think there's a way to show a report as a resource on a page, so you may get some mileage from going about it that way. Not sure it's quite as pretty as it would be using the built-in "Top XX" resources, but it's a start.

Hi solarnewbie,

I've tried looking into the resource file of the Top 10 Desk Space Used and it seems this returns a ready-made table that I can't get my hands on. I understand what you need to do, but it seems this is the only option for now, as it sorts out all entries by disk usage regardless if it belongs to a single node or not. But maybe someone from the community as well have some idea regarding this. Maybe you can try to settle for now on filtering it to a single device only by using an SQL filter. :)
