Queuing Advanced Alerts for Non Critical Devices

Question

I'd like to set up an alert that would page me when a non critical node (7am - 10pm) goes down after hours . For example if one of these "non critical" nodes goes down at 3am I'd like to be able to send an alert out come 7am provided that node is still down. How would I go about queuing these alerts till 7am comes around and what would the Alert Suppression Condition be?

I do have an alert setup to page me between 7am - 10pm. It's just if a node goes down at any time after 10pm I don't want to hear about it till 7am the next morning.
