Hi all had to create a new profile - my old one would not let me post or reply to messages kept saying it was spam -tried to contact admins no joy !!!!

@jasonford1971 I see your appeals in our moderation queue starting Saturday 3/15. Our team reviews these during business hours Monday-Friday. Our spam tool must've not liked something you posted which could've been anything from hitting enter too fast or editing a comment and entering again quickly. Unfortunately, we can't say with certainty what caused it but I've cleared what I can for you and I can confirm your username @jasonf1971 is Approved and Not Moderated. This should help our moderation tool learn and stop flagging you as spam. Feel free to email thwackadmin@solarwinds.com with any future issues.

Please do the same for my account. I haven't been able to make a successful comment for months. It says it was flagged as spam, but in my book, spam should contain a link or promotion of something. If it is just because I hit enter too fast you need a better spam filter. And from then on I will always be blocked because I hit enter!!!!!! what a bunch of akismet. Akismet is my new favorite swear word.
I’ve had issues like that too. Sometimes just clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser helps. If it keeps happening, maybe try reaching out through any other contact options they offer, like social media or a different support email.
Yeah, same thing happened to me a while back. Never got a reply from the admins either, just had to start fresh with a new account. Bit annoying but seems like the only way sometimes.
Funny enough, when I registered just now, it said my account already existed! When I went to recover my username, it provided my new username... I must have clicked Submit twice?
