Do you need to have a subscription to run Platform Connect?

Question

We are running Orion SLX/ALX licensing and regular licensing for DPA.  Do one of these need to be the subscription model to utilize Platform Connect?  Right now for Orion we send our alerts to ServiceNow and was hoping with Platform connect to start sending DPA alerts to ServiceNow too.

Understood - if you ever want to test out the functionality, work with your SolarWinds rep and hoping they can get you a temp key which will unlock the PC (Platform Connect) capabilities. Just FYI - more value is being added via that connectivity in the near future..

Thanks!  Moving to subscription would cost us quite a bit more than our current modular licensing.

Confirmed - a subscription license is required to utilize Platform Connect (and CNS integration to ServiceNow).
