ConnectNow not connecting network links

Question

We've got some connections that just had some changes made to them, that no longer show a connection between themselves and our Core.

My network supervisor suggested I reach out and ask a question as we attempt to troubleshoot this in-house.

Is the native VLAN required as allowed on the trunk interface for layer 2 or layer 3 connection mapping, when you're using ConnectNow in Network Atlas?

Here's a picture of the 3 disconnects that we're seeing.

Edit: The "Core" node that these nodes should linking back to is listed as a N9K-C9508.

The three endpoints that aren't connecting back to the Core are as follows... Cisco Catalyst 4506-E, Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series Switch, and WS-C3560V2-4​8PS.

In the above reply you mentioned you have added in the new interface to be monitored at both ends. Can you confirm that you've selected the correct interface? As for a copy of CPD neighbour so you can confirm the correct interfaces.

You will need to delete the old link out of Atlas and select the 2 nodes in question. Now click on ConnectNow.

If it still doesn't work, then just create the link manually in atlas.

I asked our network engineer and he confirmed that everything can see everything in CDP neighbor.

Regarding the changes that were made to the links I asked my network engineer and his words verbatim were, the uplink side moved to a different port on the same switch.

The native vlan is not required for connect now to work. You say changes were made to the links, what changes were made? I assume you can see the core from these 3 switches as a CDP neighbour?
