Can you clarify your issue, as I am unsure on what your objective is and the problem you have to achieve

So you are configuring the audit log definition on the switch and have seen that when you apply this configuration, if you then login remotely using Telnet it causes the switch to reboot without request?
This is not something I have encountered and suggest this is more something you need to raise a TAC case with Cisco. The configuration for enabling logon auditing should obviously not result in such a condition.
Well, for one, STOP USING TELNET. Very insecure. Switch to SSH version 2.
Hopefully you're running one of the latest versions of 2960X software, pretty sure that platform has been out of support for years. If not, upgrade to the latest version of the software for it and it will probably fix your issue.
But, stop using TELNET!! :-)
