The report should have information about Device name, IP address, Backup status, last action date, Backup type, connection profile name, when was last backup configured or happened, config type, error details, suggestion action details.

Have you checked over in the reports part of the forum [Content Exchange > The Orion Platform > Reports] - there are a number of NCM reports there that might work for you.

One such is this: NCM Backup Failures and Reason (- All Clients) created by me. You will almost certainly need to edit it to suit your environment.
