Need an email summarizing the state of all WAN interfaces on a device when one interface goes down or up.

Question

I would like to have a report emailed to me that summarizes the up or down state of several of all WAN interfaces on a device when any one of those WAN interfaces goes up or down. So, if WAN interface G2/1 goes down, I would have an email sent to me that might look like this -

Hostname   IPaddress - Circuit down
   G2/1  AT&T  IPaddress   DOWN
   G2/2  VERIZON IPaddress  up
   G2/3  LTE  IPaddress up

...and when G2/1 comes back up, I would get another email that might look like this -

Hostname   IPaddress - Circuit UP
    G2/1  AT&T  IPaddress   up
    G2/2  VERIZON IPaddress  up
    G2/3  LTE  IPaddress up

Can NCM or some other software do this?

ya it should be possible.  Little manual depending on how many devices you want to apply this to.  I would be tempted to flag these interfaces via custom properties (or groups) to make it easier to query the data out.
