Has anyone else noticed a problem with the navigation pane not being sorted correctly after upgrading to 2023.1 release? I've tried opening a support case, but support has been less than useful on this issue.
It seems many of them are facing issues with IPAM navigation

I have updated 2023.2 and no issues till now
The new update just released, 2023.1.1 resolves this issue. I just updated this morning and confirmed it now sorts correctly.
What is the temporary workaround?
Good timing on your question. I was just sent a temporary workaround yesterday. I can confirm that it fixes the issue. No word on general availibility yet. You may try opening a case and asking for the workaround.
They just state it will be fixed in next release.
Any one heard an update on this? I'm on the GA release of 2023.1 and this issue was introduced upon upgrade. While not a "down" issue, it's pretty annoying. Any word on a hotfix for this?
We were just told last night it was a bug as well. They stated it should be fixed before the GA Release.
Good news, after several weeks and back and forth with support. They have finally agreed that this is a bug with 2023.1. No ETA on a fix.
We have the same issue after upgrading to 2023.1, the Kicker is we were forced to upgrade because the previous Version had a Bug that prevented us from Exporting from IPAM...
Hello,
Yes it seems there is some issue. After upgrade to 2023.1 folders are not sorted at all. Before upgrade folders were sorted ALPHABETICALLY.
I had the issue prior to upgrading to 2023.1. Support has had my ticket for the past couple of weeks on the issue.
Ivo, the case number is 01268777. The screenshot that I posted is from a fresh trial install of IPAM that I did on a new server yesterday in order to verify what I was seeing in production. Thank you for looking in to this.
We have tested it with navigation pane correctly sorted. If you send me a message with support case number, I can check outcome.
