We've had issues over the last several months that has caused Our Solarwinds Orion tools to become unavailable.
What do you currently have set up to monitor the monitor?
Depending on need there are several routes you can take to achieve a "Monitor of Monitors". Each one has pros/cons, vary in scope, capability and cost.
1) If you own SAM there's an Orion Template
2) Look into a free monitoring tool FREE Network Device Monitor | SolarWinds comes to mind
3) Purchase the smallest license level of SAM or NPM and stand it up on a separate server
4) Look at Solarwinds FOE solution
