Make sure that the DPA Server and the DPA Plugin have the same version. The Orion DPA Module can be upgraded as part of the SAM installer or alternatively, it can be retrieved from your Customer Portal.

This should be fixed by running repair on the Core service (Go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > "SolarWinds Core Services" > REPAIR) and then completing Configuration Wizard.

You know the problem was the NPM have a problems with "listresource" option if you select a one server and try to display a "listresource" never display, for this reason they was try to upgrate from NPM 11.5.2 to 11.5.03 but the error is they was not install the 11.5.3 they installed the same version 11.5.2 now if you go to the console show us this error , do you know if they need to install 11.5.3?

I got the same error this morning and strangely I did not upgrade my NPM to 11.5.3, what could have caused this error to appear after running with 11.5.2 without an issue ??

I was able to reboot my server and the error disappeared, but I am still trying to understand what happened to cause it in the first place

Had the same problem. Restarted all orion services, did not help. Restarted the whole server - fixed the problem!

(Have NPM 11.5.2 and SAM 6.2.2)

Hi,

Had same problem. Stopped 'Worldwideweb Publishing Server' on Poller and stopped all 'Solarwinds' services, restarted all of them, no server restart required and problem fixed for me.

Had same error present on 12.3 after windows updates on the server. It was resolved after stopping services, graceful shutdown/reboot, and manually starting services again.
