Hey everybody,
Has anyone had issues with speed when logging in to the Cirrus Web interface? What happens is, when I enter the address for Cirrus into my browser for the first time that day or if I have logged out of the web NCM for a lengthy period and log back in, the log in page takes forever to load, (well over a minute). But if I log out out or close the browser after logging in and reload the login page within a 10 min period(approx) it brings up the login page instantly, probably due to caching.
Anyway, I have watched, CPU, memory, Sql resources, I even downloaded Fiddler (a http debug tool) and they all show the same thing during the long period when the login page is initially loading.
So what is this same thing that all the monitoring tools show?
Nothing at all - no activity in the performance monitor (nothing that shows the server is over stressed, approx no stats over 10% utilisation of CPU, mem or SQL)
Fiddler also shows nothing during the long wait while the login page loads.
Any ideas? I have opened a few tickets about this but the issue still persists.
P.S The server is well within spec and everything else works great it's just the web browser seems slow.
Cheers
