Forum notifications

I'm getting emails from threads that I've subscribed to as well as receiving email friend requests etc. But when I log onto Thwack I see no notifications at all. I don't see notification for new updates on threads I'm following, nor do I see the friend requests. How do I see these whilst online?

Have I misconfigured something or does this happen for everyone?

The most I see in way of notification is that this changes with a little number

But nothing changes in my Solarwinds menu bar / webpage.

If you click on the bell next to your messages - nothing?

No it just says I have no unread notifications. If I click on View All, I do see notifications.

Hey!

I'm looking in to this right now - it seems to be working on my test accounts in Chrome. What browser are you using?

I also see this from time to time...I am using Chrome.

There are times where I see a number by the bell and other times I don't.

Usually I get an email notification before I see it reflected in the browser.

I have also seen when I delete the email the number by the bell decreases...kind of nifty unless I was going to go read the thread and then I have to click elsewhere to find the thread.

I am using Chrome but this morning I'm using Edge. Still same deal. Notifications show no new ones but I can see in there the friend notification you sent. Maybe I'll just have to do a View All each time to see if anything new happened. Thanks for the assistance!
