Morning all, I'm hoping someone can assist me with an issue I'm having. I have two Watchguard Firewalls I'm trying to monitor in NPM. It keeps saying the nodes are critical and I couldn't figure out why until I looked at the resources and realized that one of the ethernet ports on each is showing as Down (red). These are both unchecked. To me, that's me telling the system I don't want to monitor those. They're both unplugged and not used, but Orion seems to be still treating the nodes as critical because of these. I tried modifying the interface using the "display interface as unplugged rather than down" and it does update to reflect that, but it still shows as being critical regardless. Is there a way for me to just get this to stop being considered by Orion?
