Not able to login the system and servers

Hello All,

Good day to You!

we have the SolarWinds LEM agents in the system before its working fine, now I am not able to login in the system its shows.

If anyone has the same issue before if yes please help me out.

Sorry, trying to understand:

You can't log into the servers via RDP or you can't get the Agent service started?
