It seems my luck with Solarwinds upgrades continue. I added the VoIP patch last night (SP2) and none of the graphs have data in them. I'm stop and restarted the service multiple times with no luck. Any ideas?BB
Hi Bryan,
If you call support and open a ticket they can walk you through the fix.

Already did...# 49178. Their 1st suggestion was to restart my SQL server which I'm not doing because everything else works polling wise...just not these graphs.
Have you applied VoIP SP2? It is required for VoIP with Orion 9.
Andy....please tell me your kidding right? Is this a late april fools joke? Please re-read my original post. ;-)

Obviously I was thinking faster than I was reading, at least that's my excuse...
I'll check into this some more.
VoIP SP2 was released to address Orion 9 compatibility and to fix an issue with very large VoIP deployments. If you have not experience any timeouts in VoIP reporting and are staying on 8.5.1. you could repair VoIP in Control Panel and back out. Otherwise I'd stick with support's recommendations noted.
I did the repair and I'm working. What I need to know is by doing the repair am I still on SP2 or will I still need to run that? I'm going to Orion V9 in about 2 weeks. Either way I have to get SP2 so I can get to V9.BB
You will have to apply VoIP SP2 again when you upgrade to Orion 9.0. The repair rolled back the SP.
Should I upgrade SP2 before or after I go to V9?BB
Doesn't matter, but keep in mind that there might be an environmental factor in your deployment which caused the issue you saw today.
