My suggestion would be to try contacting support directly. 866.530.8040 and asking for an update to the case. Or maybe try posting this issue here for possible resolution?

I know this doesn't help your case but we have tested on 64bit without issues. This looks to be an environmental issue. I didn' see diags for this ticket. Can you send your diags to support? This will help understand the issue you are seeing.
So the fact that NPM, VOIP, and APM installed just fine, I'm sure it must be "my" enviroment.

I understand your frustration when things don't run correctly. I'll talk to support and have them contact you. I believe with additional data from your installation we can help you get up and running. It will at least help us to understand what is happening there as it is not reproducable here at this point.

We have reproduced the issue from your diags. It appears you have installed OrionNetFlowTrafficAnalyzer-v3.0-Web-SLX.exe, which only installs the extra NTA web server. This explains why it looks like an incomplete NTA installation. Install the full version of NTA and all should be OK.
Try again. Is anyone QC’ing these answers?
