I see it in Manage Views but haven't found where to bring it up.
pyro13g,
Do you have any CBQoS resources on a Device Details view for a monitored CBQoS-enabled device?
Yes, but for the view in question, here is the error:
Please notify SolarWinds of this error. We will address and help you fix the issue.
Your specfic error is:
This view type (CBQoS) requires a net object and none has been specified.
Trying to figure out where the NetObject would go in the URL /Orion/TrafficAnalysis/NetflowCBQoSDetails.aspx?viewname=CBQoS%20Details
I see what's happening. It's bringing resources up for:
CBQoS Pre-Policy Map
CBQoS Drops
CBQoS Post-Policy Class Map
CBQoS Policy Details
On some interfaces but not others, even though there is QoS on the interface(and it's the same router). Now to figure out why.
Can you confirm from your CBQoS config on the parent router that your CBQoS policies are actually applied to the interfaces for which you are trying see these resources?
Yep, that is why it is so confusing. I used to display the CBQOS mibs for each router and they would be there.
Here is show policy-map interface for one that the resources do not display for:

I'm afraid you are going to have to ask the person responsible for your CBQoS config to confirm that your CBQoS policies were applied to the interfaces you require. As a general rule, we are not able to assist with your specific CBQoS configuration.
I am that person. The output I posted is just proof that there is a CBQoS applied to an interface and NTA does not pick it up. May be a bug on your side since I can browse the CISCO CBQOS MIB and see all the information (Bit rate, drops, policy names, class-maps, etc) for the Interface that NTA is not showing.
In that case, your next step would be to open a technical support ticket and reference this thwack post, so we can look at your environment.
In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to upload your Orion diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics.
