My understanding is HuaWei are equivalent to 3Com and there are templates in the content sharing zone for those switches. See this link for extending Cirrus device support:

Huawei Changed the orders format of its routers and switches after the lawsuit between Huawei and Cisco,such as Quidway Ne80,Quidway S8016.

Based on the commands you've shown, it should be relatively easy to create a new template and modify it for use with your Huawei device. There's a technical reference posted here that describes this process:
