Can't upgrade to NPM 10??

I have NCM v6, but when I try the NPM 10 installer, I get the following:

This is after running the NCM6 update. Any ideas?

There are two installers for NCM, one for NCM itself and one for the Orion NPM integration. Make sure you go both, otherwise you will get this message.

bit of a long shot, but check add remove programs and make sure there is not an old NCM program still there.

I did appear to have version NCM5.5.2 and NCM6.0 in the add/remove programs section, but have now removed 5.5.2. Problem still remains though! Any more ideas?

In the Admin/NCM settings within the NPM web interface, it says I have NCM 5.5.1???? WTF?

Hello, when I try to install the integration installer, I get the message 'requires NPM v10 or higher'! I'm stuck in a catch 22 situation.

It seems as if NCM 5.5 hasn't uninstalled correctly perhaps? Or any more ideas?

can you un-install the integration piece, upgrade orion, then install the integration?

Tried that, same problem. :(

Even tried opening a ticket, but had no response, they've just ignored me. Struggling to see why I'm paying maintenance now!
