Accessing web console using HTTPS

Hello friends;

I have a problem about HTTPS web console. I configured systems according to this article(Enable SSL or https for the Orion Web Console - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support ) everything is ok but it works only internet explorer. Others(Chrome, Opera) does not open web console. It says;

Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics

Do you have any idea about this? Thank you.

You have a certificate error shown for internet explorer, but the other browsers are refusing to show you a website with a bad certificate.

Can you resolve that first?

Have you tried from other workstations? Can you post a screen shot of IE and Chrome with the URL?

it is same for other workstations.

Yes, you are right. I have changed certificate and now, there is no problem. Thank you.

a. Click Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
b. In the Connections pane, expand the name of your Orion server, and then expand Sites.
c. Click SolarWinds NetPerfMon, and then click Bindings in the Actions pane on the right.Click Add in the Site Bindings window.
d. In the Type field, select https, and edit.
e. In the SSL Certificate field, select a certificate, and then click OK.
f. Click Close on the Site Bindings window.
g. In the Connections pane, click SolarWinds NetPerfMon.
i. Click Restart in the Manage Web Site group on the righ

Also, would you please tell me how to generate a certificate for Chrome to work. We are able to Solarwinds Web Console via IE. But not working through Chrome.

Getting BAD Format error or CONNECTION REFUSED, etc.
