Hi all,
In Cirrus, i can purge old config or just keep a certain number of config, but i must do it manually.
Is there any automatic mechanisme, so that i can schedule the purge ?
Regards,
Mathieu JANSON-MULLER
Thank you for your feature request. At this time, the purge feature is a manual operation.
Thank you for your answer.
I would like too. I just want to keep the latest 10 config files !
Has the automatic config purge been added in the new releases of NCM (Cirrus)? It would really be a benefit.
Same question from me. We could really use an automatic purge option. Is this on the radar?
I just wanted to chime in and say this would be a great feature to include in the near future.
Seriously, manually purging backup configs form near 500 devices, this is a nightmare!
We archive to text so we have historical backups and really dont have a use to retain more than 1 month of backups real time. I would consider this a definite value add and a basic functionality to any backup software. I like some of the features you guys are working on but might I suggest you take a release cycle to focus on enhancing the services the software already provides rather than adding new functionality independent of the current feature set.

Chris,
Any news on this? Also is baselining from the website on the horizon?
JB
Unfortunately, this didn't make 5.1. We're looking at this for the next release.
When you say "baselining from the website", can you confirm that you're wanting the ability to set / unset a config as the baseline?
Yes, to set/unset basline configs from the website, also exclude baselines from config purges.
