The WEB-ONLY interface is the stand alone web server.

I was thinking this might be the Web Interface to System Manager. This would be really really useful as we're a hosted services network and have numerous customers being added daily; term serv is just painful for 30+ engineers to add things. Too bad this isn't developed yet!
