I have added two orion NPM servers running 9.1 sp3 and i could see all information except the reports from the two servers
Is there any specific setting for the reports to be replicated to the EOC server
Can anyone help?
Hi,
Ensure All the servers have their clocks synchronized. Connection will fail for security reasons between EOC and Orion servers if they are out of sync.
One of the problems it can cause is the unavailability of the reports in the EOC console.

I could see netflow, traps and Top 10 without any issues from the other two orion servers but it is not displaying the reports alone
Where to check if the time are in sync and not sure about security reasons?

Simply compare clocks on servers at the bottom right of your desktop or type time /T in command line. Use the UTC time if servers are on different time zones (type w32tm /tz in command line to know the time zone configured).

Two orion servers are on Different time zones.
You want me to set the UTC time for the EOC server or the Orion servers?
Also make sure that you are using an Orion account that has the report settings properly set on the Orion side.

You can go to the account manager in Orion.
http://<orionserver>/Orion/Admin/AccountManager.aspx
Select the account you are interested in and click the "Edit" button.
Scroll down the page and you will see a "Report folder" setting. By default Orion accounts do not have reports assigned to them. You can assign the default reports by selecting "\Reports" from the dropdown.

I have already done this setting for the user account i am using in Orion but still no luck with the reports
Is there any other setting that needs to be checked or any logs that will trouble shoot?
i am evaluating EOC now. can i go ahead and install the latest updates or SP's?
what is the latest version of SP's and where i can find the downloads?

Just want to make sure. Are you using the right Orion account when you specify the credentials in the EOC account settings page?
So if your Orion account is Chandru, then under your EOC account settings page, you should specify the Chandru account for that Orion server.
If this is the case and you are not getting reports I would suggest talking to our support.
