I have scheduled few email alerts in solarwinds like job running for more than 1 hour. I am receiving the alert message on the next day of the issue raised.
Please suggest how to resolve the issue....
Suggestion:
When you write the alert to the email include a timestamp.
That way when you get the email you can compare the timestamp to the time/date on the email...this will let you know if it is an email latency issue. (like this never happens)

has many issues it seems regarding alerts, time of day periods for alerts, alerts while servers are unmanaged, servers not remanaging on time, etc...
This issue is for SQL Server Alerts
Did u verify your trigger conditions and time settings? Could be that it is getting delayed there.
What version of Orion are you running? Just curious if you are having similar issues to us in our Orion 2015.1 (NPM 11.5.2) environment.
time settings are set as Schedule is controlled on the alert level,no addition schedule for this action needed....
