Hi all

doubt:I can i edit the fileds in costum propities and display them in a field at webview.I know by advanced or scratch i can edit but only group them on 3 steps.What i would like was edit , introducing information on yhe normat fields, name , etc etc and display them in a fiel on web view

This the situation

At Solar windows Custom Property editor, there are 1)predefined propities and 2)build a custom Property from scratch which i can add the propities.

When i add from scratch, i can fil it, when i choose the "edit nodes", adn on the web view i can sort then.

What i'd reaaly like if its possible was to fill the predefined propities because when i choose and want to fill it up . there's no way to fill it , and after filling it how can i display the propitie node on the webpage relative to rhe node.

If I understand what you're asking, you want to create a custom field "from scratch" and then want to fill all of the rows for that column with a given value. I think the best way to do this is either through SQL manager or through Orion's Database manager -> select the table you want to update. choose the column name you want to update.

1. if the value is always going to default to something -> enter this under default value field on the right of the column tab. See image -> NPMGroup I've set the default value to Ungrouped (notice format)

2. To retro fit this, use the SQL statement in a Query (top left buttons):

UPDATE Nodes SET NPMGroup = 'Ungrouped'

well ityried but i wasn't to fill it

the picture above demonstrates what i would like

i would like to insert the contact, name , location and other fields, that could describe better the site defined by IP, since is unique at database

on the web console each time we acess to equipment it coudl those show those to describe better the description site

It sounds like you are referring to the SNMP contact, location, etc... on a device. Try inputting that information into the device and rediscover the device after that is input. It should update those fields dynamically (on rediscovery interval). If you want a field that is not already set up like the SNMP things, you have to create the custom field, then populate it.
