Is there way to add a link to HP ILO and HP Insite Manager attached to that server?

I'm not sure that is possible, but ou could add a user defined link to the details view of the device then configure the link with the IP address of the node and the port for the application you want to open. Would that work for you ?

But I would have to add a link for each server... it won't populated for the server that I am looking at

No, just on the master view that you use for your servers. In other words, say you use a details view called "servers" for all server nodes. Just add the User Defined Link resource from the Miscellaneous group to the Server view and it will be there on any server that you select. USe the http://${IP_address}: port number format.
